The 18-year-old attacker has burst onto the scene in the last 12 months or so, making 12 appearances last season in all competitions, scoring just twice in the process but his largely impressive performances caught the eye of managers around Europe and across the world.
American-born, Pulisic was handed his USA international debut in March earlier this year in a World Cup qualifier against Guatemala and has gone on to receive eight caps and scored on three occasions.
Signed by Jurgen Klopp at Dortmund in February 2015 and the now Liverpool manager wants to bring Pulisic to Anfield next year after failing with a move for the teenager in the summer say Starsport.
With his contract expiring in the summer of 2018, Dortmund are eager to tie him down to a new long-term deal to fend off interest from the likes of Liverpool.
Pulisic became the youngest foreigner to score a goal in the Bundesliga in April 2016 and he also became the youngest player ever bag a brace in the German top flight later that month.
