Even with Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino at the club, Jurgen Klopp has his eyes set on bringing in another talented, versatile Brazilian forward to the club in the summer.

According to Girondinfos, scouts from both Manchester United and Liverpool were present as Bordeaux played host to Paris Saint-Germain, with both clubs taking a closer look at Bordeaux’s talented young forward Malcom.
The 19-year-old broke out with Corinthians in his native Brazil before making a £4.25m move to the Ligue 1 club in January 2016.
Malcom took his time to settle in with Bordeaux and scored his first league goal for the club in a 3-0 win over Lorient in May. This season, Malcom has become a regular for Bordeaux, scoring six times in 29 appearances so far this term.
Under contract until June 2020, Malcom’s immediate future seems to be in France but both Manchester United and Liverpool seem to be interested in making summer moves for the youngster.
With Daniel Sturridge’s future uncertain and the desperate need for another rapid wide forward in the squad, Liverpool’s interest in Malcom makes complete sense.
