Dinamo Zagreb are reportedly keen on signing Liverpool man Marko Grujic next summer.
Speaking to Serbian news outlet Blic, as cited by FourFourTwo, Dinamo adviser Zdravko Mamic admitted that he’ll be looking to bring the Reds’ playmaker over to the club when the window opens on a temporary basis.
I wanted to bring Andrija Zivkovic in from Benfica for €5million, but I failed. Now I want to get Marko Grujic from Liverpool on loan.
Since arriving at Anfield last summer off the back of his £5.1 million move from Red Star Belgrade in January, Grujic has found first-team opportunities hard to come by and hasn’t really imposed himself on English football as much as he would have liked to.
The 20-year-old is yet to start a Premier League match but has made five senior appearances for the Reds this season, with two of them being substitute showings in the top flight.
Serbian international Grujic has had rotten luck in his debut season with Liverpool having been plagued with injuries for a lot of the campaign so far.
However, he’ll hope that whether he’s at Liverpool or Dinamo Zagreb next season, he’ll be playing regular football.
