Can fit to face Leicester
Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has been passed fit to face Leicester City on Saturday.
According to The Mirror, the German midfielder is ready to play against Leicester when Liverpool travel to The Foxes this weekend.
Can was injured in Liverpool’s draw with Burnley last week but returned to training on Thursday and is now in contention to play Leicester.
The German could line-up in the midfield as Liverpool look to bounce back from a disappointing defeat to Leicester in the League Cup this week.
Liverpool lost 2-0 to Leicester in the League Cup and Emre Can sat out the tie through injury.
Jurgen Klopp is now bolstered by the news that Can will be able to bolster his midfield options coming into the game.
Liverpool do have injury concerns in defence, though. Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren are both facing a race agaisnt time to be fit for the clash.
