The Liverpool forward joins his international teammates as they prepare to face Russia and Germany in two friendlies later this month.
He joins fellow Premier League players Ederson, Fernandinho, Willian and Gabriel Jesus in the squad for the two games.
The Reds striker has been in brilliant form so far this season, scoring 22 goals in 41 appearances for Jurgen Klopp’s side and has helped them reach the Champions League semi-finals.
Firmino is set to have a key role to play for his country at this summer’s World Cup with his country targeting their fifth title in the history of the competition.
He is set to link up with former Liverpool team-mate Philippe Coutinho in the squad as the pair meet for the first time since Coutinho joined Barcelona in January.
