Liverpool team news: Watford (H)
Jordan Henderson could be set to return to the Liverpool lineup against Watford, after being dropped against Manchester United last weekend.
Gini Wijnaldum could also make his return, after, like Henderson, being deemed not fit enough to start against United last weekend.
Nathaniel Clyne has worked his way back into contention after a lengthy spell out with injury. However, Jurgen Klopp is weary to ask too much of the defender, with the German not wanting Clyne to be out again with another injury.
It is a race against time for Adam Lallana, who looks likely to miss out on the game against the Hornets. The midfielder was forced to sit out training this week, so is very unlikely to start against Watford.
Watford have a number of players unavailable, with Gerard Deulofeu, Tom Cleverley, Younes Kaboul, Nathaniel Chalobah and Jerome Sinclair all out for the trip to Anfield. Goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes was dropped from the matchday squad for the defeat to Arsenal last week.
