Ceballos would prefer Anfield switch over Milan
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TeamTalk) Madrid midfielder Dani Cabellos prefers a move to Anfield over a move to Italian giants AC Milan.
The Spaniard has been linked with a big money move to the San Siro. However, the midfielder would reportedly prefer a move to Liverpool.
Reports in Italy suggested that Ceballos had been offered to Milan for ovetr €40 million. However La Gazetta dello Sport report that Ceballos has no interest in moving to Lombardy.
Reports in Spain from Sport suggested that Ceballos had held talks with Madrid chiefs in an attempt to force a move in the Summer, with the Spaniard desperate for more first team action.
The only issue in Liveprool signing the Spaniard appears to be Ceballos’ fee. Real placed a €500m release clause in his contract when he signed for Madrid, but Jurgen Klopp hopes they can sign the midfielder for around €35 million.
Ceballos only signed for Madrid last Summer in a €18 million move from Real Betis. However, with first team action only limited to 19 appearances for Los Blancos, the Spaniard looks set to switch Madrid for Liverpool.
