The story of Liverpool’s potential move for Ruben Neves
Liverpool will be allowed to sign Ruben Neves in the summer as super-agent Jorge Mendes works to keep his clients happy, writes FourFourTwo.
Neves has led Wolves to the Premier League this season with a string of fantastic performances and long-range strikes, most notably a stunning 30-yard volley against Derby County in April.
It is reported that Mendes is working on a deal to bring the Portuguese superstar to Anfield in the summer. Mendes also has a replacement lined up ready for Wolves to sign, keeping them happy.
It is believed Liverpool are in negotiations with the midfielder who signed last summer for £15.8 million from Porto, and if the right offer comes in, he will be allowed to move to Merseyside.

Mendes knows any good prospect in Portuguese football, and has nearly all the top talents signed to his agency, including Cristiano Ronaldo.
He clearly has a lot of trust from his clients, as shown by Neves moving to the Championship last summer when there would have been more lucrative offers from elsewhere.
With the popularity of English football, he is now known better than he was 12 months ago, meaning Wolves, Neves and Mendes himself can all get a good deal if he is to leave Molineux.
