Liverpool look to sell striker
Jurgen Klopp has reportedly told Liverpool’s hierarchy that he does not want Mario Balotelli to be part of his squad and as such, the Italian’s agent is already working on getting his client a move.
Balotelli is currently on loan at AC Milan and as per Paul Joyce’s report in the Express, Klopp has no interest in bringing him back to Merseyside so Mino Raiola is now looking for possible destinations.
The report says China is one option for Balotelli. Many sides from the Chinese Super League are throwing cash about and it is highly likely that one would be interested in taking the Italian international and if so, Liverpool will hope to get back the £16m they paid for him.
According to Joyce, there is also interest from an unnamed Turkish side but Liverpool will hope that one of China’s cash-rich clubs will come in for Balotelli, who for all his bad points, is still a household name.
