Andrew Robertson’s move to Liverpool looks set to be completed after the Scottish international left Hull City’s training camp in Portugal.

The Reds are expected to pay £8million for the 23-year-old and he’ll become the club’s third summer signings after Dominic Solanke and Mohamed Salah.

Robertson’s arrival looks likely to signal the end of Alberto Moreno’s Liverpool career, with the Reds reportedly asking for around £15million for the Spanish full-back.

Robertson will compete with James Milner for the starting left-back role next season and he will fancy his chances of forcing himself into the first team.

Despite his relatively young age, Robertson made 115 appearances for the Tigers since arriving from Dundee United back in 2014 and he will no be hoping to establish himself in Liverpool’s squad.

Jurgen Klopp signed Gini Wijnaldum from a relegated side last season and he had a huge impact on Liverpool’s season so fans will be hoping for a similar outcome with Robertson.
