Liverpool will face competition from French giants Paris Saint-Germain for the signature of Roma goalkeeper Allison.
Football Italia reports that the French side are keeping tabs on the player with Roma happy to sell in the summer.
Liverpool have identified Allison as a possible replacement for Simon Mignolet, with the goalkeeper position continuing to hurt the Reds’ chances of securing a top-four finish.
Allison has impressed in Serie A after being given the number one spot at Roma following the departure of Wojciech Szczesny to Juventus.
Roma currently sit fifth in the Serie A table as they battle to make the top four.
With 12 clean sheets to his name this season, Allison will play a key role in any success the Giallorossi have under Eusebio Di Francesco.
Jurgen Klopp has rotated between both Mignolet and Loris Karius, but the German has been unable to find the right solution for the Reds.
