Borussia Dortmund eyeing up Origi swoop
Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund are eyeing up a move for Liverpool striker Divock Origi.
According to The Liverpool Echo, Borussia Dortmund are lining up a swoop for the forward before the end of the German transfer window.
Dortmund have until the 31st of August to complete their business, whilst Liverpool’s transfer window to sign players ended over a week ago.
Origi is currently out of favour at Anfield, with the club open to letting him leave before the end of the month.
The report claims, however, that Liverpool are unwilling to budge on their valuation of the forward.
Liverpool are looking for a fee of £27m for the Belgian hitman, who had been linked with a move to Wolves earlier in the summer.
Dortmund are yet to make an official offer for Origi, whilst Wolves had an offer of £22m rejected this month – with Origi not willing to make the move to Molineux.
