Liverpool are reportedly ready to offer PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot a lucrative pay packet to convince him to join the club ahead of next summer.

The Reds have been heavily linked with a move for the France international, who has yet to agree to a new contract with Ligue 1 champions PSG.

Rabiot’s stay in Paris is due to reach its conclusion at the end of the season as, despite PSG’s wishes to tie him down to a new deal, it’s believed that the midfielder is keen to seek pastures new.

Liverpool have emerged as a potential destination for the Frenchman and according to claims from Mundo Deportivo, as translated by Sport Wtiness, they are looking to lure him to Anfield by tabling a financially attractive deal.

Barcelona and Juventus are both also in the race to sign Rabiot but the player has not yet made his mind up over his preferred destination, according to reports.

La Liga giants Barca are understood by Mundo Deportivo to be keen on securing a pre-contract agreement with Rabiot ahead of a transfer in the summer. Liverpool, meanwhile, are said to be out to prevent this.
