Barcelona are reportedly looking for a fee in the region of £94 million to part ways with Ousmane Dembele this summer.
Liverpool are among the teams to be linked with the player and now, as reported by the Mirror, Barcelona have named their price.
The French international hasn’t quite lived up to his reputation in Spain since his big-money move from Borussia Dortmund.
He was signed to fill the gap that Neymar left but things haven’t worked out as well as the club would have hoped and Liverpool may be prepared to take a chance on the wide player.
It has been claimed that Dembele was offered to Liverpool, as Barcelona look to offload him.
Dembele would provide competition to Liverpool’s front three of Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino and would hope to be pushing for a start every match.
Given that the 22-year-old would cost around £94 million, should the Reds invest, they’ll need to be sure he can handle the physical demands of the Premier League.
He can play across the front line and scored eight goals in La Liga last season and another three in the Champions League.
