According to Football Insider, Reading are in talks over a deal to re-sign Liverpool youngster Ovie Ejaria. It’s being reported that another loan deal could be the cards for the Englishman.

The 21-year-old had two loan spells last season, one with Scottish club Rangers and the other with Reading.

Ejaria didn’t have the best of times while at Rangers, only registering a goal in his 14 appearances for the Scottish club.

The dynamic midfielder was rumoured to be unsettled at the club so decided to cut his stay short and leave in December.

He played more as a central midfielder during his loan spell at Reading towards the end of last season. Ejaria looked much more conformable in the middle of the park, registering a goal and two assists in his 16 games for the Royals.

First-team football is going to be unlikely at Anfield for Ejaria, so another temporary move away from the club seems to be the best option for the player at this stage in his career.
