# Chelsea linked with move for rumoured Liverpool target Sancho

Chelsea are interested in making a move for Jadon Sancho, according to the [https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2019/11/04/chelsea-transfer-ban-hearing-date-set-frank-lampard-rubs-hands/](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2019/11/04/chelsea-transfer-ban-hearing-date-set-frank-lampard-rubs-hands/)*[Telegraph](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2019/11/04/chelsea-transfer-ban-hearing-date-set-frank-lampard-rubs-hands/)*.

The 19-year-old is one of Europe’s most highly-rated young players, having shone at Borussia Dortmund over the past two seasons.

Liverpool have been loosely linked with making a big-money move for Sancho next summer.

Chelsea’s current transfer ban could be lifted in January, allowing Frank Lampard to sign new players.

Sancho is one of those mentioned in the report, along with the likes of Moussa Dembele and Wilfried Zaha.

### Read Liverpool Verdict

Sancho would be a massive signing for Chelsea if they were to get a deal over the line, as well as a blow to Liverpool.

The England international has enormous potential and would be a stunning arrival at Anfield.

It is unlikely that Liverpool would try to sign him while Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino are all at the club, but there is no guarantee that they will all stay beyond this season.

Sancho has the ability to be a future great of the game, so the Reds don’t want to see him joining a fellow Premier League club.
