# Fabinho admits he would love Mbappe to join Liverpool

Fabinho admits he would love to see Kylian Mbappe in a Liverpool shirt in the future.

The Paris Saint-Germain forward is one of the most exciting footballers on the planet, with *[CIES Football Observatory](https://football-observatory.com/IMG/sites/b5wp/2019/wp279/en/)* making him the most valuable player in the world currently.

Mbappe has been [loosely linked](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2019/11/26/manchester-united-believe-leading-race-sign-jadon-sancho/amp/?__twitter_impression=true) with a stunning summer move to Liverpool, although no concrete rumours have appeared.

Speaking to *[Telefoot](https://www.tf1.fr/tf1/telefoot/videos/le-oui-non-de-fabinho-04879788.html)*, Fabinho welcomed the idea of the Reds signing the 21-year-old:

In my opinion, Mbappe would be the most exciting signing Liverpool could make this summer.

He is a once-in-a-generation talent who has echoes of Thierry Henry and Ronaldo about him.

Combining blistering pace, quick feet and nerveless finishing, he is unplayable on his day, already scoring [73 Ligue 1 goals in 109 appearances](https://www.soccerbase.com/players/player.sd?player_id=89380).

I don’t believe Liverpool will sign him, however, with his wages and transfer fee simply too big.

Bringing in a player on such huge money would cause potential conflict in the squad, with team spirit so special at Anfield currently.

Should Liverpool manage to agree a deal that isn’t extortionate, though, it would be a game-changing moment, such is Mbappe’s pedigree.

I admit it would be difficult to fit him into a team also including Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, but one would have to make way, or Klopp would have to find a way of playing all four regularly.
