# Agent of Bordeaux star Malcom is set for Reds talks

The agent of Bordeaux star Malcom is flying to England to hold talks with Liverpool and Tottenham, according to reports.

The highly-rated forward has looked likely to swap the French top-flight for the Premier League this summer, having almost left in the January transfer window.

With Alexis Sanchez’ future uncertain in early January, the 21-year old Brazilian appeared to be the most likely replacement for the Gunners.

Paper talk had suggested Arsenal would return with a summer move for the winger, but Premium Sport, as cited by [talkSPORT](https://talksport.com/football/transfer-gossip-agent-bordeaux-star-malcom-flying-england-talks-liverpool-and-tottenham), claim that Tottenham and the Reds have stolen a march.

Now, reports suggest that Malcom’s agent is England bound to hold talks, with the agent keen to hear both club’s thoughts before making a decision.

The former Brazil Under-23’s international also has interested parties in other European leagues, with Inter Milan said to be keen.

Malcom enjoyed a rather fruitful season with Bordeaux, scoring 12 goals and assisting eight in 38 appearances for Les Girondins.
