# Picking a Liverpool XI made up of entirely different nationalities

Liverpool are now one of the biggest football teams in the world, with millions of supporters across the globe cheering on the Reds.

Over time, the club has turned into an enormous institution, whereas once they were almost solely followed in the United Kingdom.

Liverpool were also a British-dominated team during the 1970s and 1980s, before the Premier League came along and England saw an influx of foreign players.

Since then, the Reds have been blessed to have endless great players represent them from different parts of the world, whether it be fellow European nations, or countries in South America, Africa and Asia.

Jurgen Klopp has created a wonderful team spirit in this current Liverpool squad, ensuring individuals from very different cultures all get along with one another.

For a bit of fun, we have picked a best possible Reds starting XI, using just one player from a country.

It may sound easier than it is, but it has been a challenge!
