# Four Findings: Liverpool 1-0 Leicester City

Liverpool defeated league leaders Leicester City 1-0 at Anfield in a Boxing Day battle that revealed a much needed grittier side of the Reds.

Most impressively the Merseysiders rallied from last weekend’s low-point loss to Watford, full of industry, commitment, and fevered pace. It was a complete about-face performance that ended the Foxes’ lengthy unbeaten run since September.

Liverpool showed the kind of fight witnessed during the early days of Jurgen Klopp’s arrival, which was a welcome return, as they suffocated Leicester City for all but a frantic final few minutes.
