Klopp said, via the [club site](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/326704-jurgen-klopp-joe-gomez):

> In the last second of yesterday’s session, he got a little knock.

> We thought: ‘Come on, let’s bring him and have a look in the morning, it was 80 per cent better, that’s good. So he’s no doubt for Wednesday.

The German boss also revealed that Dejan Lovren and Trent Alexander Arnold will both be fit for the trip to Paris, with both defenders playing in the win.

Alexander Arnold got on the scoresheet for the Reds, who scored three late goals to take three points at Vicarage Road.

> We had Trent and Dejan at 100 per cent, so we didn’t have to make a decision. It was clear he could be rested and can recover more, and then he is ready for Wednesday again.
