# Heskey believes Sancho would be a good fit for Liverpool

Ex-Liverpool striker Emile Heskey has claimed that Borussia Dortmund forward Jadon Sancho would be a good fit for the club.

Heskey says that Sancho would be a fantastic addition to Liverpool or Manchester City, with his goals and assists from the wing.

Sancho has been in terrific form since joining Dortmund in 2017 and has managed three goals and five assists in seven starts for the German giants this term.

> Jadon Sancho would be a good fit for any of the top two or three clubs, to be honest with you.

> What he brings to the team, I think he would be fantastic for anyone in the Premier League, or in the world, he’s that good. His goals, assists, penetrating runs, frightening defences. He’d be good for anyone.

Would Sancho get into Liverpool’s team?

It is hard to see where he would fit in. Mo Salah currently occupies the position Sancho plays for Dortmund and it is very unlikely that Jurgen Klopp would drop the Ballon D’Or contender any time soon.

However, he could be an excellent option for Klopp to use in other competitions and as rotation, to add extra quality in depth for Liverpool. The Reds have struggled to compete on all fronts in recent seasons, winning just one trophy in the last five years, and the addition of Sancho could be exactly the boost they need to start racking up multiple trophies per season.
