# Keita and Henderson ruled out of Cardiff clash

Liverpool duo Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson will both miss the club’s Premier League clash with Cardiff this weekend.

According to Times journalist Paul Joyce, the pair will sit out of Liverpool’s game against Cardiff at Anfield, as they continue to recover from their respective injuries.

Keita and Henderson both missed the last two matches for Liverpool, which were wins against Huddersfield and Red Star Belgrade in the Premier League and the Champions League.

Henderson picked up a knock in training which has caused him discomfort in recent weeks, whilst Keita suffered his injury whilst playing for Guniea over the international break.

Fabinho looks set for a first Premier League start in midfield, after he impressed in Liverpool’s 4-0 win over Red Star in midweek.

The Brazil international joined Liverpool in the summer from Monaco but has taken his time to settle in, with Jurgen Klopp preferring the likes of Jordan Henderson and Keita over him in midfield.
