# Klopp hints that Liverpool could move for Sancho

Jurgen Klopp has refused to deny links surrounding Liverpool signing Jadon Sancho.

The Borussia Dortmund star reportedly wants to leave the club in January, with numerous top sides monitoring the situation.

Liverpool are believed to be the favourites to get their man, however, with Sancho valued at £90 million by [https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jadon-sancho/profil/spieler/401173](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jadon-sancho/profil/spieler/401173)*[Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jadon-sancho/profil/spieler/401173)*.

When pressed about the issue on Tuesday, Klopp [attempted](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/jurgen-klopp-discusses-jadon-sancho-21019142) to play down the rumours, but also failed to rule anything out:

> He’s a very good player.

> But there’s nothing to say about it. I know how it sounds, but I cannot change that.

> There’s nothing to say about it, which can mean there’s absolutely nothing to say about it.

### Read Liverpool Verdict

Sancho is one of the most talented English players of his generation, so it is no surprise to see such interest in him.

A return to England looks most likely and Liverpool are surely the most attractive proposition at the moment.

Klopp is never one to discuss transfers publicly, but the fact that he didn’t say no to the potential signing of Sancho could be telling.

Bringing in the 19-year-old in January would give the Reds’ Premier League title challenge an extra push, although a summer arrival would be equally satisfying.
