# Liverpool fans love that points tally is the same as Man United and Arsenal combined

Manchester United and Arsenal played out a dreadful 1-1 draw on Monday night, highlighting how superior Liverpool are to their rivals these days.

Neither side looked remotely close to the Reds’ level, with a complete lack of quality on show at Old Trafford.

After the game had finished, an incredible statistic was unearthed, showing United and Arsenal’s combined points tally is the same as Liverpool’s this season.

The Reds have won all seven Premier League matches, picking up 21 points along the way.

These Liverpool supporters couldn’t hide their delight at the stat on Twitter.

### Read Liverpool Verdict

There was a time when United and Arsenal were the two best teams in the country, often vying for domestic glory.

Monday’s clash resembled a mid-table clash, however, showing that they are no longer worthy of being mentioned in the same breath as Liverpool.

Some people talk about to the so-called ‘big six’, but the truth is that there is now a ‘big two’, then the rest, as the Reds battle with Manchester City for supremacy.
