# Liverpool and Man United enquire about prolific young Inter star Esposito

Liverpool and Manchester United are reportedly among the teams to enquire about young Inter Milan forward Sebastiano Esposito.

[According to FC Inter News](https://www.fcinternews.it/esclusive/fcin-esposito-che-momento-gia-centrati-tutti-i-bonus-ed-entro-natale-appuntamento-per-il-rinnovo-324281),  Liverpool, Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and French giants Paris Saint-Germain are all in the hunt to sign the 17-year-old.

They have reportedly ‘requested information’ about the young striker, who has been prolific for Inter’s academy sides.

Inter are hoping to convince Esposito into a new deal at the San Siro when he turns 18 in July.

The report claims that Inter will offer Esposito a new contract in July that is worthy of ‘first-team figures’, so anyone looking to snap up him beforehand will need a clear plan to convince him into a move.

While there are no suggestions that he is pushing for an exit, he’ll need to see a clear route that can offer him first-team football away from Inter.

Esposito’s form last season, in which he scored over [30 goals](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/sebastiano-esposito/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/538918/plus/0?saison=2018&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=) for club and country across all competitions, has seen him battle for a place in Antonio Conte’s first-team squad.

He has made three Serie A [appearances](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/sebastiano-esposito/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/538918/plus/0?saison=2019&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=) this season, a sign of how highly he is rated when you consider how well Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku are performing as a pair.
