Pavlenka was one of the standout goalkeepers in Germany last season and could now be set for a move to the Premier League with Liverpool.

The Werder Bremen shot-stopper played every minute of league action last season, after joining the club for €3m from Slavia Prague.

Liverpool are on the lookout for a new number one after Loris Karius’ blunders in the Champions League final last month.

Jurgen Klopp is also thought to be keen on Nick Pope and Jack Butland, as they eye a number of different options.

Pavlenka has been capped six times by the Czech Republic, having made his debut in 2016.
