# Liverpool fans absolutely loved Robertson’s late run against Chelsea

Liverpool’s 2-1 win at Chelsea on Sunday was huge, although the Reds didn’t do much in an attacking sense in the second half.

Jurgen Klopp’s men found themselves under huge pressure once N’Golo Kante pulled a goal back, with the ball not sticking up front.

Andy Robertson produced a superb run in stoppage time, however, bursting clear, winning a foul and essentially sealing the victory for his side.

It was a brilliant moment that didn’t go unnoticed with Liverpool supporters, who took to Twitter to laud the popular left-back.

### Read Liverpool Verdict

It was a run that summed up the brilliance of Robertson as a player – fearless, effective and influential.

The Scot has been a special signing since arriving from Hull City in 2017, with many now regarding him as the best left-back in the world.

Not only is he a fantastic player, but he also possesses a winning mentality that is increasingly coming to the fore.

A feisty character who clearly hates losing, it is vital that Liverpool have character like him in the dressing room.
