# Liverpool fans are excited after Mbappe’s comments about ‘amazing’ Reds

Kylian Mbappe has continued to flirt with Liverpool, lauding their brilliance this season.

Speaking to [https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51184842](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51184842)*[BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51184842)*, the French superstar couldn’t speak highly enough of the Reds:

> What Liverpool do in this moment is amazing. They’re like a machine, they’ve found a rhythm and are like ‘we play again, we play again’.

> They’ve lost zero games. When you watch you think everything’s easy but that’s not easy. The guys are focused, they play games every three days and they win, they win, they win.

> Now the problem is that everybody watches Liverpool, and everybody watches what we can do against them, so now they have to show they are strong again but it’s a very good team with a very good manager.

These Liverpool supporters have unsurprisingly told themselves that Mbappe’s comments are further proof that he wants to move to Anfield.

### Read Liverpool Verdict

For many Liverpool supporters, myself included, Mbappe would be a truly remarkable signing.

I believe he is the [outstanding player of his generation](https://www.givemesport.com/1531234-kylian-mbappe-turns-21-the-greatest-young-footballer-in-the-world) – someone who has the ability to dominate Ballon d’Or award ceremonies for the next decade.

His [world-class blend](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klx8ANjTJto) of breathtaking speed, trickery and goals would take Liverpool up a further gear.

That’s not being disrespectful to any of the incredible attacking players currently at Jurgen Klopp’s disposal, but Mbappe even edges them, in my opinion.

In truth, I don’t believe the 21-year-old will join Liverpool, however, with Real Madrid a [more likely](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/transfers/kylian-mbappe-transfer-news-liverpool-real-madrid-psg-future-a9293686.html) destination.

His price tag and wages are something that the Reds would struggle to justify and Klopp isn’t one to spend ridiculous sums of money.
