Jurgen Klopp has done a stunning job as manager of Liverpool, taking them back to the summit of English and [European football](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5AV-8y7tnk).

When he arrived in October 2015, the Reds were struggling after the end of Brendan Rodgers’ reign, but over time, Klopp has turned them into a monster.

One thing the German aimed to do was make Anfield a fortress again, with opposition teams too often returning home with points in the bag.

Klopp has [delivered emphatically](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2019/10/25/fortress-anfield-liverpool-became-invincible-home-soil/) in that respect, with Liverpool not losing in the Premier League since April 2017 – a [2-1 defeat](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39612237) at the hands of Crystal Palace.

Liverpool have never been beaten more than twice at Anfield in a calendar year with Klopp at the helm.
