# Liverpool fans disappointed with Brewster’s performance against Arsenal

Liverpool teenager Rhian Brewster was handed a start by Jurgen Klopp on Wednesday night against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup.

The young Englishman started the game upfront but found it difficult to make an impact, despite the Reds netting five times.

The 19-year-old calmly tucked away his penalty in the shootout victory, but these Liverpool fans were less than impressed with his performance during normal time.

### READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

Brewster did have a very quiet evening against Arsenal and it was clear to see that he was struggling to hold the ball up.

However, the service to his was also pretty poor. The best thing for fans is to give him adequate time to develop and gain confidence.

He’ll know that he has to perform at a much higher level if he is to convince Klopp to make him a part of his plans for next season.
