# Liverpool fans love what Carragher threatened to do to Neville

Watching Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville on Sky’s Monday Night Football is invariably more entertaining than the match itself.

The pair were once again on top form on Monday evening, as the pair discussed the weekend Premier League action.

As the two bickered about a goal they were potentially both at fault for last week, in Vincent Kompany’s testimonial, Neville claimed Carragher used to defend so deep that he was sat in the Kop.

The Liverpool legend responded with the perfect riposte, claiming he’d throw his colleague into Anfield’s most famous stand.

These Reds supporters loved what they heard, reacting to Carragher’s comment on Twitter.

Carragher and Neville remain comfortably the best pundits on televison and their on-screen chemistry makes for unmissable viewing.

Having seemingly loathed one another as players, it is a clear that a friendship of sorts has blossomed.

Monday nights are always better when they are analysing and joking with one another.
