Liverpool [beat Shrewsbury Town 1-0](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsDvq9hoSkQ) on Tuesday evening, reaching the fifth round of the FA Cup in the process.

This was no normal victory for the Reds, however, as the [youngest side in their history](https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/51383154) got the better of their League One opponents, outplaying them throughout.

Although there was no sign of Jurgen Klopp and his senior players at Anfield, barring [James Milner](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/neil-critchley-details-crucial-jurgen-17690815), the ground was still packed to the rafters.

A [sell-out](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/tickets/385838-liverpool-v-shrewsbury-tickets-sold-out) crowd roared their team to victory, getting behind the youngsters on a famous night for Neil Critchley and his players.

After the game, Liverpool fans were quick to point out how superior the Reds’ support was compared to Manchester City’s.

These Liverpool supporters took to Twitter to bring up the topic, discussing the contrast in support between the two clubs.
