# Liverpool fans react to Man City supporter’s hilarious VAR rant

Manchester City are going through a poor run of form, already dropping the same number of points they did in the Premier League in the whole of last season.

Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at home to Manchester United has left them 14 points adrift of Liverpool in title race – something nobody saw happening by early December.

City supporters seem desperate to blame their side’s malaise on anyone but themselves, however, with VAR very much their current enemy.

### Read Liverpool Verdict

City fans are an increasingly odd bunch, seemingly losing their heads as Liverpool pull away in the title race.

Their obsession with the Reds is bizarre, with some genuinely believing some sort of VAR conspiracy is taking place.

The truth is that Pep Guardiola’s side simply aren’t playing well enough – referees are not taking sides in the slightest.
