# Liverpool fans shut down pundit after claiming Klopp could leave Reds

Jurgen Klopp has done a truly magnificent job as Liverpool manager since [arriving](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/34469429) from Borussia Dortmund in October 2015.

In that time, the German has inherited top-four hopefuls and turned them into the [world](https://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/news/newsid=2636636.html) and [European](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48368443) champions, as well as being [on the verge](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/table) of winning the Premier League title this season, [amassing 67 points from a possible 69](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/table) so far.

Klopp signed a [new contract](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50780855) last month, meaning he will remain as Reds boss until the summer of 2024, at least.

Someone who believes he won’t necessarily turn down the advances of another club or a national team, however, is former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan.

He told [*talkSPORT*](https://twitter.com/talkSPORT/status/1222415076227002368?s=20) that Klopp could move if the right offer comes along, claiming that he will look after his own interests before Liverpool’s:

> “Klopp is a football manager & cares about himself first.” 👀
>
> “He left Dortmund to go to Liverpool as it was a better opportunity.” 🔁
>
> “As soon as a better job comes up he will be off.” ❌[@SJOpinion10](https://twitter.com/Sjopinion10?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) says [#LFC](https://twitter.com/hashtag/LFC?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)’s Jurgen Klopp will leave Anfield if a better job comes along! These Liverpool supporters have shot down Jordan’s claims, saying nowhere is more appealing than Anfield right now.

> He's quite entertaining on radio this fella, but he must be only one in world who doesn't think Bayern, Real Madrid, German national team and probably a few others have not already been politely declined in last few years. [https://t.co/ZhS8z8OfEB](https://t.co/ZhS8z8OfEB)
