# Liverpool keeping tabs on Tsyhankov

Liverpool and Tottenham are among the clubs interested in signing Dynamo Kiev midfielder Viktor Tsyhankov.

[According to TeamTalk](https://www.teamtalk.com/news/exclusive-pochettino-gives-thumbs-up-for-tottenham-raid-for-brilliant-ukraine-prospect), Liverpool are keeping tabs on the midfielder as they consider a move.

The report claims that Tottenham, however, have made their mind up and are set to make an offer in January.

Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Manchester City and Manchester United are also thought to be scouting Tsyhankov.

The 20-year-old scored 17 goals for Kiev last season, after scoring five the season before.

He has three goals already this campaign and has been capped four times by  Ukraine at international level.

The report also claims that Kiev value Tsyhankov at around €18m, which would be within Liverpool’s price range.

He has already made 15 appearances across the Europa League and Champions League for Kiev, scoring four goals.
