# Milner posts hilarious tweet after Henderson’s wife gives birth

James Milner was once viewed as a boring character, even proving to be the inspiration for the famous Twitter account, [@BoringMilner](https://twitter.com/BoringMilner?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor).

An industrious, hugely professional player who has spent years at the top, Milner certainly wasn’t famed for flamboyance or being entertaining on the pitch.

In recent years, the 34-year-old has proved the masses wrong, however, proving to be a [must-follow](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/19-tweets-prove-james-milner-16007937) on social media.

Milner’s posts are invariably humorous and self-deprecating, showing us a different side to him in the process.

The midfielder has been on top form again over the weekend, following the birth of Jordan Henderson’s [third child](https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/james-milners-brilliant-response-liverpool-21461065).

It turns out that the baby was born exactly nine months and one day after Liverpool’s memorable 4-0 win over Barcelona….you can work out the rest!

Milner’s hilarious response to the news saw him post a [tweet](https://twitter.com/JamesMilner/status/1226165756502716419?s=20) with the caption, “Origi assist #cornertakenquickly”:
