# Premier League clubs bid for Striker Danny Ings

Liverpool are entertaining bids from multiple Premier League sides for striker Danny Ings according to a report from [the Times](https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/crystal-palace-chase-liverpool-s-danny-ings-c7nprc658).

Ings, who’s time at Anfield has been disrupted consistently by injuries, is allowed to leave Anfield this summer as he goes in search of regular first-team football elsewhere.

A whole host of clubs have allegedly expressed an interest in Ings, who Liverpool value at £20m. It’s claimed in the Times’ report that Newcastle, Leicester and Southampton have made an offer for the striker, with Crystal Palace also stepping up their interest.

Liverpool are looking to trim their squad of its fringe players this summer and Ings is among those who are set to be moved on by Jurgen Klopp.

Southampton, one of the sides interested in signing the striker, had their interest [dismissed](https://readsouthampton.com/2018/07/16/southampton-uninterested-in-signing-danny-ings/) two weeks ago, but [speculation](https://readsouthampton.com/2018/07/23/southampton-interested-in-danny-ings/) has resurfaced regarding a potential switch to the south coast recently.
