Wilson wasn’t deemed good enough to keep at Liverpool last summer, however, with Jurgen Klopp taking the decision to move him on.

> I know Harry \[Wilson\] very well. He’s a fantastic talent. I don’t speculate or gossip on other players, especially other players from other teams.

### Read Liverpool Verdict

Harsh though it may be, Wilson isn’t good enough for Liverpool.

A talented forward with an eye for goal, he doesn’t possess enough end product to be a handy squad player under Klopp, with no assists to his name in 2019/20.

Wilson eye for the spectacular is undeniable, but when the long-range efforts dry up, there isn’t enough substance to his game.

He belongs at a lower-ranked Premier League club, which is still an extremely high level to play at.

Leicester would be a good place to move, should the Foxes end up making a bid, allowing him to work with a talented coach in Rodgers, who he knew during the Ulsterman’s time at Anfield.
