We all know that Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk is a great athlete and he’s proven that in a training session by pulling off an amazing leap, which was caught on camera.

The Dutch national side are preparing to face Belgium in a Nations League game tomorrow evening and by the looks of things, Van Dijk is ready to deal well with any high balls or crosses!
