# Zielinski hints that he would consider Liverpool move

Piotr Zielinski has hinted that a move to Liverpool would still appeal, should Jurgen Klopp continue to praise him.

The Napoli midfielder was linked numerous times with a move to Anfield back in the summer of 2016, but nothing came of it in the end.

Klopp has long been an admirer of the midfielder and lauded him after the Serie A side beat Liverpool 2-0 back in September.

According to *La Repubblica*, via [https://sportwitness.co.uk/player-reflect-future-liverpool-praise-continues-contract-situation-exhausting/](https://sportwitness.co.uk/player-reflect-future-liverpool-praise-continues-contract-situation-exhausting/)*[Sport Witness](https://sportwitness.co.uk/player-reflect-future-liverpool-praise-continues-contract-situation-exhausting/)*, Zielinski would *‘*reflect on his future’ if the Reds boss carried on complimenting him.

Zielinski’s potential move to Liverpool is probably a ship that has sailed, despite Klopp’s admiration for the player.

The Reds are well-stocked in the middle of the park, with Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Gini Wijnaldum, James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita and Adam Lallana all battling for playing time.

Zielinski is clearly a talent who would bring quality to Liverpool’s squad, but he isn’t required at this moment.

It sounds more like wishful thinking on the 25-year-old’s part than anything.
