# Four Findings: Leicester City 1-2 Liverpool

Four matches. Four wins for Liverpool. The Reds enter the international break having overcome both a team and a ground that have provided them with problems in recent history. Still, Liverpool held on to beat Leicester City 1-2 at the King Power Stadium.

The Reds started strong as has become their won’t already this season. In the fourth minute, the front three had already carved the home side open, only to for both Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah failed to find the finish. By the 10th minute, Mané put the Reds ahead, finishing off a breakthrough run and cross from Andrew Robertson.

Once on top, Liverpool asserted complete control of the first half. While Leicester is a solid side, the only opportunities they could snatch at were the result of Liverpool errors. Then Firmino found the net just before the break, demonstrating another developing quality this season

It was the second half when Liverpool made things more complicated for themselves, inviting the home side back into the match. Conceding their first goal of the campaign, the Reds gave the Foxes a semblance of hope. Leicester provided a slightly different test. The hosts clawed their way back into a scrap after scoring but Liverpool’s quality proved too much.

Here are four findings from the match.
