# Liverpool predicted XI: West Brom (H)

Liverpool will be looking to put Everton’s late equaliser behind them as they look to take all three points from Wednesday evening’s clash with West Brom at Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp, without naming names, suggested that a few of his players picked up knocks during the derby but nothing too serious.

Joel Matip and Alberto Moreno will not feature in the game, nor will Adam Lallana.

With all that in mind, here’s the XI that I think Klopp will select for the game against Alan Pardew’s side.

### Simon Mignolet

Mignonette is the clear number one. No brainer.

### Joe Gomez

Liverpool’s best defender in the Derby and I think Klopp will want him in at right back again over Trent Alexander-Arnold due to his set-piece prowess.

### Dejan Lovren

The villain of the derby but he’ll keep his place with Joel Matip still unavailable.

### Ragnar Klavan

Klavern as looked pretty solid recently and he’s also pretty much guaranteed a place at present.

### Andy Robertson

Whilst James Milner could play at left-back, I think Klopp will stick with the more attack-minded Robertson.

### Emre Can

Can didn’t play in the Derby so he should be fresh and I think he’ll come in as the number six, replacing Jordan Henderson.

### Gini Wijnaldum

Another player who got a rest at the weekend. It’s unlikely that he’ll miss two games in a week so he comes in for Milner.

### Philippe Coutinho

Came off the bench in the Derby and had a few nice touches but I think he starts this one and hopefully he can continue his good run of form.

### Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

Sadio Mane played the full 90 minutes on Sunday so I think he’ll be given a rest here, so Oxlade-Chamberlain moves from a midfield role into a forward one

### Mohamed Salah

The main man. Salah has started a lot of games recently, but he did get a rest on Sunday, coming off early. I think Klopp will want to start him here with a view to another substitution around the hour mark.

### Roberto Firmino

Another who didn’t start at the weekend, Firmino looks set to lead the line against the Baggies.
