Liverpool lifted the Premier League Asia Trophy in Hong Kong on Saturday after coming from behind to beat Leicester City 2-1.

Mohamed Salah grabbed his second goal of pre-season to cancel out Islam Slimani’s opener, before Philippe Coutinho proved why he is irreplaceable in this Reds side with a stunning winner shortly before the break.

The below video goes through player ratings for every Liverpool player involved, as Jurgen Klopp was able to have a look at 21 individuals throughout the 90 minutes.

There were some shaky moments in defence for Klopp’s side, and the Foxes did have the better of the opening exchanges with Riyad Mahrez in particular causing the Merseysiders problems.

With Liverpool struggling for a foothold, Salah’s goal stemmed the tide and marked the beginning of a switch in momentum.

It was a vintage Coutinho winner, as he cut in from the left flank and lashed a superb right-footed shot into the far corner.

Jamie Vardy had chances to level in the second half, but the Reds held on to make it back-to-back wins in Asia.
