# Barcelona’s Pedro being offered around for just £7m

**Pedro Rodriguez, the Barcelona forward, is reportedly being offered to Premier League clubs at a cut-price of just £7 million, according to *The Telegraph*.**

The Spaniard’s contract expires next summer and it seems unlikely that he’ll still ply his trade at the Nou Camp beyond 2016.

The arrival of Luis Suarez has seen Pedro play a limited role in the Barcelona team and although Barca want to keep the player, the emergence of younger players – plus the return of Gerard Deulofeu – could see Pedro slip further down the pecking order.

**Liverpool**, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are amongst the clubs that may have an interest in signing the 27-year-old and competition in Europe comes from Inter Milan. He may be of significant interest for Liverpool in particular after reports emerged earlier this week about Raheem Sterling’s intention to leave.

Pedro is a versatile forward who can play in a number of positions. He’s made over 300 appearances for the Catalan club, supplemented by 50 caps for the Spanish national team.
