# Don Hutchinson lauds ‘outrageous’ Trent Alexander-Arnold display

Former Premier League midfielder Don Hutchinson has been lauding [Liverpool](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/08/21/jurgen-klopp-hints-at-opportunities-for-the-entire-squad-this-season/) full-back [Trent Alexander-Arnold](https://readliverpoolfc.com/2021/08/12/virals-trent-alexander-arnold-tips-frightening-kaide-gordon-for-success/) on social media.

The 22-year-old was at the heart of a workmanlike Reds’ performance as Jurgen Klopp’s side [overcame Burnley 2-0](https://www.theguardian.com/football/live/2021/aug/21/liverpool-v-burnley-premier-league-live) at a packed Anfield.

Alexander-Arnold [added an assist](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/trent-alexander-arnold/leistungsdaten/spieler/314353) to an accomplished all-round display from right-back and was awarded Man of the Match during commentary.

Hutchinson, a former [Liverpool and Everton](https://www.premierleague.com/players/272/Don-Hutchison/overview) player, took to [Twitter](https://twitter.com/donhutch4/status/1429051527726043136?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1429051527726043136%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fd-13007507238691903.ampproject.net%2F2108052321001%2Fframe.html) to hail the England ace.

The 50-year-old was back once again a little later as the marauding full-back provided a [sublime assist](https://www.skysports.com/football/liverpool-vs-burnley/report/446303) for a powerful Sadio Mane finish to make it 2-0.

### READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

There can be little doubting the [£67.5million valued](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/trent-alexander-arnold/marktwertverlauf/spieler/314353) Liverpool ace’s quality in possession and on the attack.

Already a [serial trophy winner](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/trent-alexander-arnold/erfolge/spieler/314353), the West Derby-born star has been involved in numerous key moments in an illustrious Anfield career.

Seemingly getting better all the time, Alexander-Arnold will surely be eyeing up his own [Premier League assist record](https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/403093-trent-alexander-arnold-breaks-his-own-premier-league-assist-record) this season.
