# Emre Can coy on possible Bayern Munich switch

Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has refused to rule out a move to Bayern Munich next summer, as well as talking about Juventus’ interest in signing him during the last transfer window.

Speaking to Kicker, via [Jean-Julien Beer](https://twitter.com/derprintchef/status/917125959895207937), the German international midfielder said of Juventus’ attempt to sign him:

> It’s always an honour to receive an offer from such a renowned club, but currently I am only focused on the season with Liverpool. My agent takes care of the rest.

> The Premier League is just a really cool league, the most interesting in the world, but you must always respect other big clubs and leagues.

Can scored his first goal for *Die Mannschaft* in their final World Cup Qualification match against Azerbaijan on Sunday night — marking his eleventh national team appearance of the year with a superb effort as the Germans rounded off their group games in style, winning 5-1 on the night.

Emre Can moved from Bayer Leverkusen to Liverpool in the summer of 2014, and has since made 138 appearances for the Reds — however he has not committed his future to the club with his latest remarks.

Speaking of a return to Bayern Munich, the club with which he started his career, alongside manager Jurgen Klopp, Can said:

> You never know what will happen. And I don’t know what Jurgen Klopp plans.

Treble-winning manager Jupp Heynckes has just taken the reigns at Bayern once more following the dismissal of former Chelsea and Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti — but will only stay at the Allianz for this season, meaning that a move for Klopp could be on the cards in the summer.
