# Fabinho available for Liverpool’s clash with Leicester

Liverpool have been boosted by the news that Fabinho is fit to face Leicester City on Wednesday evening, according to the *[Liverpool Echo](https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/virgil-van-dijk-liverpool-doubt-15745425?utm_source=twitter.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sharebar)*.

The Reds entertain the Foxes in another crucial Premier League clash, as they look to strength their hold on top spot in the Premier League.

Fabinho had been an injury doubt for the game due to illness, having been unwell after Liverpool’s training camp in Dubai.

He has since recovered, however, playing a full part in training on Monday.

It is a huge boost for Jurgen Klopp, who may have to use Fabinho in the right-back role he regularly plays in for Brazil.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez are both out injured, while James Milner is suspended after his sending off against Crystal Palace in Liverpool’s last outing.

That leaves Fabinho as the best right-back option, although youngster Rafa Camacho is in contention, should Klopp decide to play the Brazilian in midfield.
