# Henderson trains ahead of Porto clash

Jordan Henderson has taken part in training ahead of Liverpool’s second leg tie against Porto in the Champions League quarter final.

Despite concerns surrounding his fitness following the victory over Chelsea, the Liverpool captain was seen taking part in full training on Tuesday, though both Dejan Lovren and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain missed out.

Henderson was taken off by Jurgen Klopp moments after he was caught on the ankle by Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante, and concerns had been growing that he would miss the second leg against Porto.

However, in a video posted on Twitter by Goal’s Liverpool correspondent Neil Jones, Henderson was seen walking alongside Trent Alexander Arnold as the Reds began their training session on Tuesday.

Klopp may look to start the Liverpool skipper on the bench for the second leg against Porto, though, with his side already 2-0 up from the first leg at Anfield.
