Jon Moss will take charge of Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Sheffield United this weekend, it has been [confirmed](https://www.premierleague.com/news/2041003).

The Reds face the Blades at Bramall Lane on Sunday night, looking to finally win again in the league, having lost their last four in a row.

Moss has been named as the referee for the must-win match, with officials under so much scrutiny this season.

Meanwhile, Andy Madley is on VAR duty – hopefully he won’t be called into action on Sunday.

Although Moss is unlikely to be a popular appointment with everyone, there is some positivity from a Liverpool perspective.
